Reservation Confirmation Process

You will receive a confirmation email or an update on your reservation status from our staff within 3 days.
Please check the contents of the confirmation email once received.
Once you reply to the confirmation email, your reservation will be officially confirmed.

Input Reservation Details
- Depending on the nature of your inquiry, there might be a delay in our response. We appreciate your understanding.
- If you're using a mobile email address and have set domain-specific/mail-specific reception, please ensure your settings allow for our emails to be received.
For a comfortable photoshoot, we have some requests.
- Please come only if you will be taking pictures on the day. Observations and escorts are not permitted.
- There is no day-care center in the studio. Please do not bring children to the studio.
- If you have to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel on the day, you will be charged 100% of the cancellation fee, 50% the day before, and 30% 3 days prior to the day of the event. In addition, if you are late without 30 minutes notice or more, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
- The time required is only a rough estimate and may vary depending on the number of visitors, costumes selected, and other factors.
